Who owns the site?
You do, outright, including the source files. Host it with us or take it anywhere — it is static files and it will run on anything.
What if I have no copy written?
Normal. Most small businesses do not. We write it from the call and you correct it — along with a simple logo if you have none, and photos where you are short. All included.
Do I need the care plan?
Only if the site changes often. A trades site that lists three services rarely needs it. A cafe changing its menu weekly usually does. You can add it or drop it at any point — unused months are refunded.
What is the yearly fee for?
£300 a year covers hosting, the security certificate, automated backups, and a person who is responsible when something breaks — not a form you fill in and hope. Rather host it yourself? You own every file and we hand it all over.
How is a week realistic?
Because the scope is decided before anything is built, and because we are not fighting a page builder. Most of the week is your review, not our typing.
